Hypersend provides digital workspace services. The plan and charge are shown before you pay.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic. Contact us about a duplicate or mistaken payment or another issue with your subscription.

Request a refund

Email support@hypersend.my with your account email and payment reference. Please do not send your password, full card number or banking credentials.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
